Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ubbd ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the ubbd website, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, customer support services, and payment facilities available at ubbd.pro.

By creating an account on ubbd, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with ubbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and registrations made on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. ubbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, that would prevent you from using an online gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

ubbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time without prior notice. Accounts that fail eligibility checks may be suspended, and any funds held in a suspended account will be subject to review before release.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one account only. ubbd uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier. To register, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number, a password, and to verify your identity via a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. ubbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify ubbd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact support at [email protected] or via Telegram @ubbdsupport.
• ubbd may apply multi-factor authentication (OTP) at login, during withdrawal requests, or when logging in from an unrecognised device. This is a mandatory security measure and cannot be disabled by the player.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ubbd identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus winnings will be voided. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

ubbd is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials or has shared their login details with a third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ubbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ubbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No bank transfer, credit card, or international payment method is currently supported.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though ubbd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your ubbd wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ubbd is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile banking service provider.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit. This policy is a security measure to prevent third-party redirection of funds and cannot be overridden.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high volume.
• ubbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check the applicable fees with their provider before transacting.

ubbd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where account verification is pending, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide required documentation.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ubbd offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for newly registered players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general terms set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your ubbd wallet following a qualifying deposit and, where applicable, activation of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of credit.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. For example, a slots bonus may not contribute toward wagering requirements when played on live casino tables. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the promotion terms.
• ubbd reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. ubbd uses device fingerprinting and IP tracking to identify duplicate claims.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Using any form of software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems, data scrapers, or odds arbitrage tools.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, whether operated by ubbd or by a game provider.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity. ubbd is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, or in any communication with ubbd support staff

ubbd monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ubbd will act without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any right to appeal account closure or balance forfeiture decisions.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

ubbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online betting and casino games are intended as a form of entertainment for adults. They should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or fund personal obligations. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. The platform will display a notification and end the session automatically when the configured limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any activity, including placing bets or making deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the ubbd platform may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable. A self-excluded player will not receive any marketing communications from ubbd.

Account Suspension and Termination

ubbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• The player has breached one or more provisions of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, or prohibited conduct rules.
• The player's account activity suggests fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or other illegal conduct, and ubbd is legally required to report or freeze the account.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification, and that information has been found to be materially inaccurate upon review.
• ubbd is instructed to close the account by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution involved in the processing of the player's transactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ubbd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ubbd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical faults, interruptions to service, or delays in payment processing beyond ubbd's reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ubbd platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional material, is the intellectual property of ubbd or its licensed game providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the ubbd platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ubbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Amendments to These Terms

ubbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ubbd will notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at ubbd.pro/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and ubbd that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or ubbd's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to a competent authority or arbitration body. ubbd's internal complaints procedure is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. ubbd will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
